I am so excited to have you all join me todays blog post! I say this is in every post but can you believe it’s March? I feel like the beginning of this year has just flown by. Do you all have plans for St.Patricks Day this year? I feel like it always sneaks up on me, anyone else? But it always give me the indicator that Spring is around the corner which is super exciting. I have a really fun look for you all today which is a perfect transition for Spring and I can’t wait to wear it in these early stages of the season. As I have mentioned countless times here on the blog, Colorado is so hard to try to style around but this cropped sweater is a perfect transition for all of you who live in a similar climate. Let’s take a closer look!
Okay look how cute this sweater is? So perfect for Spring! I think something that initially attracted me to this sweater for Spring is that it is cropped. I think it adds that layer of a more lightweight feel. I also love the color palate, I think it is so perfect to match for this season. I paired it with this super cute denim skirt to show off the versatility and how to pair it perfectly for Spring. But not to mention this top would be so cute with a pair of mom jeans and heels or a maxi white skirt. The options are endless. Let’s take a closer look!
One of my favorite parts about styling these looks for the blog is trying out new boutiques or online shops. I bought this top from a local boutique here in Denver called Apricot Lane Boutique. They have so many cute pieces and trendy options to choose from. I will leave their site HERE for you all peak at. The quality of this sweater is unreal. That is also what attracted me to this top is the balance of this quality and lightweight feel. It’s so perfect for this early stages of Spring, have I said that a million times already? I mean it!
I have shared this skirt on the blog before but it is truly one of my favorites. Not only because it’s denim and matches with everything but it’s super comfortable! I got it from VICI Dolls a few years ago but I will link similar options for you down below. I always pull this skirt back out in the Spring & Summer time obviously, but it is truly such a staple in my spring wardrobe with any style of top I decide on.
I finished off this look with a pair of my favorite sandals. How cute are these? And might I add how perfect they are for Spring. If you’ve been reading the blog for a while you know that I have a fan of anything neutral, so these criss-crossed sandals are right up my ally!
