True Thanksgiving Style

Hello everyone and welcome back to MorganneRach,

A big Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! This year feels a lot different than last in terms of being excited for the holidays! I am so excited to spend quality time with family today and stuff my face with food. I know I have asked this question what seems like a million times so far, but what is your favorite Thanksgiving dish? Mine has to be green bean casserole or all the yummy pies! I cannot decide but I love hearing everyone’s favorites!

I have been posting lots, and you may have noticed this is my second blog post this week! As mentioned in my previous post, I want to make sure I fit in all of my “fall themed” blog posts before December 1st. But, that doesn’t mean that these looks are only appropriate for fall time. All of my later fall seasoned looks are perfect transition pieces for winter as well.  Saying all of that, let’s dive into this super realistic and festive look for Thanksgiving.

Let me introduce you to the most perfect fall sweater you have ever laid your eyes on! This cropped chunky knit sweater is the ultimate dream sweater and I have been wearing it non stop! I also love this deep chocolate brown and the large knitted dealing on this piece. The fit is also incredibly comfortable between the slightly raised neck line and the more fitted sleeves. It is such a cozy piece for the holidays, especially Thanksgiving. When I saw this seater on site, I knew what a perfect addition it would be to my Thanksgiving sweater pile!

Because of the slightly cropped fit of this sweater, it made for a perfect tuck in situation with these bootcut jeans. Speaking of these jeans, let’s dive into that conversation. Although, these aren’t the jeans I typically run to, I have fallen in love with the fit and feel of this denim. I think the long leg, with the slight bootcut fit makes for such a perfect fall and winter staple denim. The way this pair of denim fit with this sweater and fall boots completed this outfit. They are also more versatile than you think. I have paired this denim with a tucked in body suit and cardigan, sweaters such as these and even a fall blouse. They are so form fitting and flattering, considering they are more of a high rise fit. Perfect for occasions such as Thanksgiving, work and any fall or winter occasion. The wash is also beautiful and easy to pair! I could go on and on!

I am still freaking over these fall colors you guys! Look at them, so gorgeous this year in Colorado. Although this look is very simple, I wanted to add a few touches that one could make to elevate this look. One being adding some fun neutral jewelry or accessories such as small gold hoops. A brim hat, you all knew I was going to say that. A fun festive belt, or a fall jacket. I think incorporating some layers in this piece would really make these staples stand out. I finished off this look with a chucky brown, fall boot to keep everything in theme. But you could really around with this look and make it your own.

I wont go on and on because I know you all are spending time with family and or recovering from a food coma and it’s nap time! So, keep your eyes on on my socials for more gift guides for Black Friday (tomorrow) and Cyber Monday! I’m working away! I also wanted to mention how thankful I am for all of you on this day, and everyday. You all following along on my journey means the absolute world to me! Until next time loves, MUAH!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her site HERE. Thanks Bri!

I also wanted to disclose that this blog post is in no way sponsored.
