Apple Cider Tunic

Hello everyone & welcome back to MorganneRach,

I have both some good news and bad news. Today’s post will be my last fall post of the season. Which on one hand is sad because that means fall is coming to a close. But, that also means that the holidays are right around the corner and holiday looks, treats and festivities are on their way! I hope you all had a full, festive and safe Thanksgiving. I had a blast getting out of town and making some delicious food with my family. It was much needed rest, time and food. I feel like I say this every year but, I really do feel like this year is just flying bye! Anyone else? I have to say though, I am really excited to Christmas this year, I am already starting to plan festivities for the rest of the year! But, before I dive fully into the holiday talk and fashion, let’s tribute my last fall look, you’re going to love this one!

Okay, first thing is first let’s talk about this cranberry red cardigan I picked up from VICI Dolls. There is a long list of things I love about this cardigan, so let’s dive in. One, this color is to die for! I love this in between red where it is not bright red but it’s not a deep maroon either. Wine would be the perfect shade name for this piece! The color of this beauty is exactly what drew me to this piece in the first place. Second this cardigan can be worn many different ways. The first one being the way I styled it here, causal. But I originally bought it to be a dress, which you could totally do. I would advise you all to size up on the piece if you ate planning on wearing it as a dress. It also unbuttons so you could style it as a cardigan as well. Pair it with a cute tank underneath, a mini skirt or jeans! I love how versatile this piece is, so many options!

Can we talk about how yummy these apple cider donuts are? If you are visiting Ya Ya Farms at any point and time, you absolutely need to try these donuts. To be honest, they are the main reason I go! They are homemade, so sweet yummy and baked fresh! My mouth is watering as I write this! Jake and I may or may not have taken a few dozen home! Anyway, as mentioned I went on the more causal side of things with todays look! I love the look of the over sized cardigan with the skinny jeans. As you may have noticed over the past year or so, I have rarely styled skinny jeans. Like many, I used to wear them day in and day out. I have not styled them in a long time, but I found they paired perfectly with the star of the show, this cardigan.

I also wanted to quickly touch on the texture of this cardigan. The quality is so so good! I love the ridged edges to give this piece more character and edge. The feel of this piece is warm but not heavy! Its makes such a prefect layering piece as well. I could go on and on about this piece! I also know that VICI provides this cardigan/dress in other colors that would be perfect for winter as well! Also did you notice the slight edge of the pockets? Yes, you heard that right. This piece also as pockets! The cardigan also has lots of buttons, if you couldn’t tell, the entire piece is a button up, so if that is something that bothers you, I would stay away. But, if you plan to wear it as a dress, you wont even need to bother!

I had to include these last two shots with these beautiful horses are Ya Ya Farms. If I haven’t mentioned before, the farm has many animals that love to be fed! So fun! I lastly paired this look with some knew high boots. I felt that is was not only super fitting for the “fall farm feel” but these boots are also a perfect transition piece from fall to winter. I swear by these, plus they are super inexpensive! I will link everything down below!

I hope you all enjoyed today’s post, this look is truly one of my favorites and it is so easy to recreate! But, I hope you are all ready for some fun, festive holiday looks! I can’t wait to share them with you all! I feel like buddy the elf this year I am too excited! Until next time loves, MUAH!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her siteĀ HERE. Thanks Bri!
