As always, I am so very happy you are here. First and foremost, I wanted to say Happy Holidays to you all and Merry Christmas week! There is so much excitement that happens this week and I am really trying to soak every moment in. This year is special because it is my first Christmas as a wife. So, there is definitely some excitement around that and being newly married. Today in Colorado it is truly feeling like a winter wonderland. We got hit with a ton of snow last night and negative temperatures! So, I am bundled up and cozy with coffee, the fireplace and ready to talk about today’s Christmas inspired look. Let’s dive in!
I want to start off by talking about how beautiful Union Station looks during the holidays! I mean, can you believe this tree? If you are local or are planning a trip to Denver, I so recommend visiting the Union Station, especially during the holidays. Okay, I cannot wait to break this look down for you all. When I tell you that I have been wearing this sweater from Red Dress Boutique nonstop, I truly mean it! From coffee runs with friends, to the Christmas jazz concert to cozy day on the couch this sweater is my go-to piece this winter.
I am a huge fan of a thick turtleneck. 90% of my sweaters include a turtleneck like this one because I think one, it’s a super cozy feature to a sweater and two because it adds lots of shape to a look. Paired with a puffer vest or a big jacket or just alone it just adds to the look and allows of an outfit to almost look complete. This sweater is such a beautiful shade of forest green. That is what initially drew me to this piece was the gorgeous color. I think it is so perfect for this time of year. I can totally see myself wearing this entire look (yet again) on Christmas day!
I think I could write an entire blog post on how freaking cute these Santa earrings are from Target. I saw them and had to have them for the holiday season to add that touch of festive to my winter looks. Especially this week, I will be rocking these babies until Christmas day! These earrings we’re also under $15.00 which is such a steal for earring like these. I will keep these for years to come. I think they’re so fun and I will of course link them down below. Run to your local Target and snag a pair before Christmas!
I also wanted to highlight this coat from Red Dress which is my all-time favorite coat I own right now. No, not because it is the perfect shade of beige, but because it is so warm and stylish. I have worn it out to various winter outgoings with the family and have gotten stopped so many times asking where it is from. The quality is unreal. The length and weight are perfect for layering. I can go on and on, but this coat is such a great investment for your wardrobe. I will link her down below!
