Happy Friday everyone!
I’m so excited to be posting today. I have been working hard to create enjoyable and affordable spring looks for you all! I am also excited about today’s post because I haven’t posted in a month or so. I want to make sure my blog authentically represents who I am. This year that has been my goal, so I have been working super hard to make sure that is what I present.
Alright, lets dive into this look shall we? I have had SO much fun styling this top! I am living for this puffy sleeve trend. I typically stick to a pretty basic and neutral wardrobe, which I love and will also continue to style. But, styling bright spring colors has brought such a creative side out of the “stylist” in me. I am crazy about this bubble-gum pink and the shape of this top from VICI Dolls. I have paired this top with a denim skirt (as seen in this look) with casual boyfriend jeans, and wide legged jeans. I could not choose which one I liked best. Of course I styled this to go sit in the living room and eat endless amounts of chips and queso but you know what I mean. I can’t wait to style this top more, out and about. It has a very light feel to it so I know this top will be perfect all spring long.
I am also such a HUGE fan of this denim skirt, also from VICI. I have been wearing this skirt non stop. Why I love it so much is simple, I love the fit and feel. Let me explain. I look for comfortably in just about everything I own. I have been on the hunt for a denim skirt that hold both shape, comfortably and style. This skirt does it all for me! It has an elastic band which makes it really form fitting while also hugging in all the right spots. It has been such a win! Also, who else is drooling over a little slit in a short skirt? I mean, come on!
I need to talk about these nude high heeled booties for just a minute. I am loving how versatile and easy to style these booties are. Perfect for the spring and summer seasons and also for the cooler seasons. Nude is never a bad idea! They also provide lots of height and shape while still maintaining comfort. I am obsessed to say the least!
