I hope you all are adjusting to life after the holidays. I know it has taken me, FOREVER to get back into the swing of things. After Christmas, my whole family and I got so sick, therefore prolonging the “adjusting” process. I am finally feeling back in the swing of things, work wise, home wise and fashion wise! That’s why I am so excited about today look. Let’s dive in!
This look is sweater casual meets edgy leather girl and I am here for it! Jake actually bought me this skirt and I have never, ever felt more confident in a skirt in my life. I have tried and tried SO many skirts throughout the years and I have never found such a perfect match. I knew I was on the hunt for something simple and black. I feel like a black skirt is a must. This Free People beauty was calling my name. I had to have it. I feel like I say this over and over, but I’m loving on versatile this piece is and how easy it would be to dress up and dress down. On to the sweater. You guys know I am a sweater hoarder. I truly believe that. But I am crushing so hard on the sweater from Francesca’s. The subtle purple detailing gives this sweater such an edge, and this sweater has been on repeat since that day I bought it.
I know, I know I am late to this headband game but these pearl embroidered headbands are my JAM! I need one in every color, I am not kidding. In December I decided to remove my extensions and embrace my natural hair. So having some fun hair accessories has definitely made the transition a lot easier.
