Happy Holidays officially! I’m so excited to start this holiday season and boy have I been in the full holiday swing. I just finished wrapping my first round of Christmas gifts while sipping hot chocolate and watching a Christmas movie. Who do I think I am? On the other hand, I started my own little tradition where I try and squeeze in as many cheesy Hallmark holiday movies as I can while wrapping gifts, so please leave your recommendations down below if you have any! I hope you all are having a great kick start to the holiday season! I am so excited to show off today’s festive look! I can’t wait any longer so let’s dive in!
Okay, how cute is this festive midi dress from VICI Dolls? I knew I had to have it right when I saw it on the site. I love everything from the color, cut to the feel of this dress. First off the color of this dress is so festive and fun for the holidays. I think it is the perfect mix of a holly jolly red and a festive deeper red, if that makes sense! So perfect for a holiday party, a Christmas concert or even a New Years look. Not only is this dress appealing from a far but all the close details are to die for! The engrained pattern on this dress is so festive and fun and makes this piece so cute for the holidays! Let’s take a closer look!
Okay see what I mean about the detailing on this piece. So cute! Also, if you look close enough you can see the subtle sparkle that this dress has! Can this piece get any more festive? I also love the length because I think it pairs really well with any shoe/heel option you decide to go with. This dress is a true to size fit. I went with a size medium, and it fit perfectly. I also love the “scrunch” detailing on the wrists. It makes for a super relaxed and comfortable fit. Not to mention the open back detail! I think it adds a lot of playfulness and sass to this look, so fun!
I also went with super subtle details for this look. Pictured above are the mini gold hoops that I mentioned in previous posts. I will link them down below again for you all to shop. They are my go-to and I wear them everywhere! No joke! I think you could also get away with accessorizing this look in whatever way you choose. If that means silver, or a more statement earring. This entire look plays so well with any jewelry, shoe or bag option!
