Hello beauties and welcome back to MorganneRach!
It’s such an exciting season. The holidays are truly such a magic time of year! On top of endless holiday music, Christmas shopping and baking cookies, I am brining you four truly magical blog posts that will last all month long. I wanted to start out with my favorite of them all, because it is such a fun piece for the holiday season.
The holiday spirt is live and well over in my neck of the woods. I am currently watching Santa Claus two, the movie, blasting Christmas jazz and sipping on a gingerbread latte as I write this. I mean how much more “Christmas like” can it get? So buckle in, this post is going to be all things holly and jolly! I can’t wait to share, let’s dive in!
See what I mean by the most ideal holiday dress? This velvet master piece is truly one of my favorite holiday looks to date! From the texture, length, design and fit I will be wearing this beauty for years to come during the holiday season. When I first laid eyes on this dress I started to image just how perfect this dress would be for occasions such as, a holiday party, Christmas card pictures, a holiday themed play and performance, or a holiday date night! The list goes on and on! The entire piece is truly flattering and is so comfortable. I could wear this dress day in and day out. (I wish). When I have worn it to various occasions, I have received so many complements. That is a true sign of a masterpiece!
Let’s zoom in on some details of this look, shall we? Of course, I had to add in a little touch of my love for Starbucks holiday drinks. I cannot resist! Mu go-to drinks of the season are of course, my carmel brulee latte, peppermint mocha, white chocolate & peppermint hot chocolate (you must try!). What is your go-to holiday drink?
Another detail I wanted to highlight was this front bow tie situation! I love this added look to this dress! I think it is so festive and gives this dress an extra, pop! The extra fun part is there is multiple ways to tie this bow. I did a more traditional tie, but you could truly have fun with the detail and be creative! So festive!
I went simple with the accessories and the shoe details because I think the dress speaks volumes! But, one could be really adventurous when styling this piece! The fun part about styling holiday looks is it gives you an excuse to be a little extra with the details, at least in mu opinion! I would love to have added some festive jingle bell earrings, or a fin bow tie heel! The creative, festive options truly never end!
I wanted to quickly shoutout this specific tree farm where we shot these looks at because they we’re so so sweet and helpful while shooting! Not to mention they had the cutest, most holly set up! If you are local, I truly recommend visiting Neighborhood Christmas Tree Company. I visited the Denver location, but I do know they have two other locations. I will, tag their website HERE for you all to check out, and show them some love! Another question of the day: Do you all like purchasing real or fake trees for the season? I’d love to know your opinions, down below!
Already babes, that is all I have for this flirty and fun festive look! I hope you we’re all inspired in someway by today’s look. I am soaking in every minute I can of Christmas spirt and love sharing these holiday themed looks with you all! Stay tuned for much more, such as another more causal holiday look, new years look and a winter friendly look! Until next time loves, MUAH!
I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her siteĀ HERE. Thanks Bri!
I also wanted to disclose that this blog post is in no way sponsored.
