I am so happy to have you all here today, reading along with me. Can you all believe that May is almost over? Where has the time gone? I feel like this quarantine time is moving both super slow, and super fast. It’s such an odd time! Who else feels that way? Anyway, I am loving this warmer weather and sunshine here in Colorado, warm breezes, rain and lots of sun! Although, I am a cooler weather type of girl I am so loving being able to get outside and break up the day a bit. Let’s dive into this weeks look!
My new found spring style obsession is slip dresses, they are SO comfortable, easy and versatile. I feel like when I am getting ready in the morning and I am having a hard time deciding what to wear I always end up picking up one of these slip dresses. I have been living in this RedDress pick all spring long. Although, right now I don’t have anywhere to show it off to wear it to, I still wear it for comfort and flexibility. And why not right? Some days are just meant to get ready and put on a cute dress!
I am also so drawn to this “deer print” lately. I think it is so fun for spring. If you are someone like me who loves neutral colors but want to add a spring touch on some pieces, this print is perfect. It is also easy to play around with color accessories. Because it is so neutral it is easy to mix and match different colors if you wanted to.
I paired it with a simple white denim jacket to add if you wanted to say, where it in the evening or need that extra layer. I love how the white denim plays with the white detailing on the dress. The brightness of this looks keeps it super spring-like. And who doesn’t need a staple white denim jacket in their wardrobe?
