Autumn Plaid

Hello everyone & welcome back to the MorganneRachBlog!

Can you all believe that October is almost over? Just as I always say, this fall season is just flying by. Here is Colorado the leaves are holding on and we are just now noticing them falling, which has truly been so nice! I feel like they typically fall so much sooner. So we have been soaking that in over here! Trying to sneak in our final visits to the pumpkin patch and spooky movies! Anyway today’s look is a perfect transition for the last breezes of autumn. I’m so excited to share this one with you all (one of my favorites). Let’s dive in!

Obviously this post is centered around plaid but this skirt is truly one of my favorites for fall. I absolutely love the neutral tones in this skirt, it makes it such a neutral piece that can truly pair with anything. I love pairing it with an outfit like this, matching the neutral tones to neutral tones. I think also pairing with a deep brown or a rust orange sweater would be absolutely stunning as well. I also love the length of fit of this skirt as well. Along with certain dresses that I pointed out in last weeks post, skirts can more often feel uncomfortable. Especially mini skirts! This one is truly so comfortable and versatile!

Who doesn’t love a good cardigan for the fall season? This one is absolutely a winner. Not to mention the comfort of this piece but the rich chocolate color is so perfect for the autumn and the holiday seasons to come. Not pictured in this post but this cardigan also came with an adjustable fabric piece to help adjust to comfort which is super convenient for style. This is absolutely one of my favorite pieces for the fall season! Another bonus is that this cardigan is under $30.00 as well!

When I walked into H&M and saw this crossbody bag I knew I had to have it! If you have been reading along for awhile you know how much I LOVE anything natural and this bag is no different. I absolutely love the texture, size and again color. I have been using it like crazy! Not to mention the actual mobility of this piece. I have been able to fit a lot of my day to day needs in this bag, which I can’t say the same of most of my other trendy bags. Want to hear another bonus? It’s under $40.00 from H&M as well. Doesn’t it go so well with this outfit? I think it truly completed the look!

Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins! I think you can tell by my smile here but I truly love this season so much. Not only for the weather and festivities but the fashion is truly my favorite of all time. In this weeks post, last weeks post and more posts to come I really tried to grasp the essence of autumn and different ways to style the season. I hope you all enjoyed today’s look as much as I did. Until next week loves, MUAH. See you after Halloween and stay spooky!
