Hello babes and welcome back to MorganneRach,
I am so happy you all are here, as always. Boy, has it been a crazy month! Is it just me or is anyone else so excited for the holidays this year? I am already planning like crazy! And against many peoples advice, I have already decorated my entire house with holiday cheer and put up my tree! Anyone else? I just couldn’t wait! Although, I have to say I am very excited for Thanksgiving this year! I just put a post up on my Instagram not too long ago, asking what everyone’s favorite dish was for Thanksgiving. I would have to say mine is a tie between green bean casserole, and mash potato’s! So yummy!
Anyway, let’s get talking about today’s post. Because it is still fall and yes I am still loving every minute of it even though I am blasting Michael Buble and decorating my tree! Oh, and you cannot forget the Starbucks holiday flavors that have come out. Shhh, (not me drinking a carmel brulee latte everyday).
I have blogged about this particular location before which I will link all there information HERE. In that blog post I discuss everything there is to know about Ya Ya Farms. Things like what you can find there, activities, best time of year to go, hours and more! So if you are interested please feel free to check that out! But, I was so excited when Bri and I choose to shoot my months worth of blog posts here. It is such a magical place! Let’s dive in!
Okay, this has to be one of my favorite fall looks to date! When I first saw this olive green midi dress online, I knew I had to have it. Not only did I have to have it, but I wanted to be little more creative with it! As you will notice as the blog goes on today, this dress has some really fun detailing on the sides. I wanted to play with that aspect of the dress and give this look a little sprinkle of fall by adding in the long sleeve turtle neck (I have been wearing this all season long). Plus some really fun fall booties and a brim hat. It doesn’t get much more me, than that. Another reason you all will love this piece is the comfortability and sense of flattery it brings to any fall look! I love the length, the shape and the feel. It truly is a dress made for the fall and I would wear it everyday if I could!
Although we have seen this plaid clutch on the blog before, I wanted to highlight it with this look because I think it pairs perfectly! I will check and of course link it, if this beauty is still in stock. Otherwise, I will link similar options. I love this fall clutch for many reasons. One being, it is the perfect size. I also really appreciate how it is definitely a fall themed piece but it doesn’t scream too noise or loud with the colors and print. The quality is undeniable and it has truly kept it’s shape and style over the past few years I have had it. And how perfect does it match with todays look?
I am still obsessing with how well all of the tones in this look play together. The deep olive greens with the pop of pure white and subtle brown shades! It is truly screaming fall. And can we talk about how gorgeous this scenery is from Ya Ya Farms. We could not have picked a better day and time to go, when all the leaves we’re still in their prime! Such a dreamy shoot! Anyway, as I mentioned earlier about the side detailing of this dress you can see it more clearly now. Another option with this piece to perhaps make it more summer like, would be to wear a cute bralette or on the other side of the scale, make it more winter appropriate wear even a thicker long sleeve & sweater underneath. There is tons of room to play with this piece! It is truly versatile which is why I was so drawn to it initially.
Oh late fall, how beautiful are you? There is something so beautiful about early November when everything is starting to turn crispy and transition. Although, the ripe seasons of fall are my favorite, the entire season has something to offer which I love!
Today’s look is a lot of repeats of pieces I have incorporated in the past such as the clutch, boots, hat and white turtle neck. But, I think reusing pieces and styling them in a different way shows you all how versatile these pieces truly are! What you can expect for the rest of November, is the final fall looks of the year plus late fall pieces and traditions shared right here on the blog!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by! Until next time loves, MUAH.
I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her site HERE. Thanks Bri!
I also wanted to disclose that this blog post is in no way sponsored.
