Pumpkin Perfection

Hello lovely people and welcome back to MorganneRach,

This past week absolutely flew by for me, anyone else? I have had such a fun past few days though getting ready for the holidays. Typically I try to hold off decorating for the holidays until after Thanksgiving, but I couldn’t wait you guys. I caved in today, blasted Christmas music and decorated the whole house. You all should have seen Jakes reaction when he walked in the house after work, oh my goodness! But, like everyone else this year has not been easy, so I thought why not? I will be posting a short reel in my Instagram this week/weekend so stay tuned if you are obsessed with the holidays like I am or just wanted to see some holiday décor!

But, over here on the blog we are still in full fall mode. (Say that ten times fast). I am still loving, and thinking everything pumpkin! I am so conflicted you guys because I have such a love for both seasons. But I want to dive into today’s look while visiting the Maize in the City pumpkin patch here in Denver. If you missed Sunday’s post, I posted a short review about my thoughts on Maize in the City and lots of other patches I am loving here in Colorado, if you are every visiting or are from here, you must go!

Enough of my rambling, lets get into today’s look. It’s one of my favorites!

Okay before diving into details, I have to share the funniest story while Bri and I were shooting this look here. While I was sitting on these hay bells here as shown in the picture above; two younger couples walked by and one of the guys shouted in the most sarcastic voice ever “INFLUNCER ALERT.” Bri and I started cracking up. One thing I have learned while blogging is for a brief moment while you are taking pictures you have to shut the world out for a moment. but it was just too funny not to react to.

Anyway, have any of you ever had a piece of clothing that you just obsess over and it’s all you can think about for weeks on end? No just me? Okayyyy, maybe I’m being a little dramatic but this skirt has not left my mind once since I bought it from Pink Lily. When I say I have been wearing it non stop, I mean it. In the past I have never really been a huge skirt kind of girl, but something in the past year or so has changed my mind completely. I think everyone should own a midi skirt like this one. I purchased mine in this sandy brown color, because you all know I am a sucker for neutrals but Pink Lily had so many colors and styles! I highly recommend. And how cute is this skirt with the tucked in sweater? Perfect and comfortable for the remaining fall and early winter weather!

This creamy white sweater, also from Pink Lily is what every sweater dreams to be. This sweater is so comfortable and soft, I truly have been wearing this top non stop. Also, because it has been getting so cold here in Colorado, I have been pulling out those layers. This sweater is a simple, easy and warm sweater to layer with. You all should know by now, that I am a sucker for turtle necks too! Such an ideal piece!

Another reason why I am head over heels for this skirt is the button detailing on the front. I think it adds so much to the entire look. I have had so much fun styling this skirt with different fall and winter fashion. Like I say about many pieces, this skirt is so versatile and makes for a no brainer grab when getting ready in the morning. I also love how this skirt could be worn for pretty much any occasion. Work, out with the girls, meetings or date night the skirt does it all! (Cheesy huh?) This outfit would also be PERFECT for Thanksgiving, just saying.

Are we ready to talk about these boots? They by far top any boot I have ever mentioned in the past. I have been wearing these beauties non stop you guys! The other lovely part besides these boots looking absolutely stunning is the comfort. I typically expect to break new shoes in, epically combat boots like these. But as soon as I tried these on they were 100% comfortable and pain free! I have been so happy with these booties and I am totally loving this cream color. I know this style of bootie is so on trend, but I will of course leave these linked down below for a cheaper (but doesn’t feel cheaper) version of this style! I know Lane201 also had these babies in black as well.

That’s all for today babes, I hope you all have a great rest of your week and safe weekend! As always been on the look out for more festive posts coming soon!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her site HERE. Thanks Bri!

I also wanted to disclose that this blog post is in no way sponsored.
