Plaid Mini Skirt

Hello loves and welcome back to MorganneRach,

As always, I am so so happy to have all of you here with me today, reading along. Life has been a tad bit stressful lately, so it feels so good to hop on here and blog. I cannot believe that Thanksgiving is around the corner. I feel like the end of this year is coming up, so fast! I cannot keep up. What is everyone’s plans for Thanksgiving? My family and I are headed up to our family cabin in Grand Lake, Colorado. Grand Lake was recently effected by horrible, and on going fires this past month. We were so so so lucky to be able to keep our cabin standing and unaffected. I know lots of families and neighboring towns and cabins cannot say the same. We feel extremely lucky and blessed, so for that we are going to celebrate our gratitude at our cabin. I’d love to hear your plans!

Yes, I am still on fall fashion. In fact the next few blog post outfits will be fall fashion related, so buckle in. Even though I will most likely be decorating for the holidays this week. Anyone else guilty? I typically try to hold off until after Thanksgiving, but I don’t think I can resist this year. Although, I am planning and shooting holiday looks, I am still in my fall feels.

On that note, lets dive into today’s look.

This is one of my favorite looks for fall 2020. Do I say that about every look? I think I do. But, in all seriousness I say this look on the Pink Lily website and feel in love. Typically I love and always will love the tucked in sweater look. But, it felt so new and complete leaving this sweater lose on top of this mini skirt. I am so happy with the outcome. Leaving the sweater tucked out also makes for a more comfortable fit and feel. (Perfect for Thanksgiving). The turtle neck sweater will always be on trend for me as well. I got a medium in this sweater, and it fits perfectly. I have been wearing it non stop. This sandy color is perfect for the fall and late fall fashion. I highly recommend not only for the fit and feel, but the versatility of the color. So easy to style!

Of course, in Morganne fashion I have a pumpkin spice latte in hand. But, I also wanted to chat about this Lack of Colors hat. I know you have heard and are loving these hats already but, this Ivory Rancher color is SO beautiful. I think LOC is so worth it. I wear this beauty non stop.

Okay is it time to talk about this SKIRT. I think yes! This skirt is taking the cake on today’s look. If you are on the hunt for the perfect fall mini skirt, I totally found it. Pink Lily has the best skirts as is, but something about this plaid color combination is flawless. I love how comfortable this skirt and material is. I have struggled with finding the perfect, and comfortable mini skirt to wear out and about. I am not kidding when I say this is the dreamiest mini skirt, ever. The button up detail also adds a layer of detail and adjusted comfort.

Like, I mentioned before this look would be ideal for any Thanksgiving meal. Although, mini skirt is probably not everyone’s first thought, it is realistically a really fun, festive and comfortable look. I finished off this look with a pair of my favorite brown booties. As always I will link everything down below for you all. I hope everyone has a beautiful end to their week and weekend. I am also sending all the love and positive vibes as we enter into the last few months of this crazy year.

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing photographer who took these gorg photos. If you are in the Denver area Bri is AMAZING. I will link her siteĀ HERE. Thanks Bri!

I also wanted to disclose that this blog post is in no way sponsored.
