Hello beauties and welcome back to MorganneRach,
I hope you all are having a fantastic week so far! I have been soaking up the sun this month visiting the pool, relaxing in the yard and pulling out all my summer favorites. I am in full summer mode! Typically I am not a fan of the summer, heat and crazy sunshine but this year I am trying to soak it all up! That also means, embracing summer style and being creative with the pieces I pick out and items I choose to wear this season. These choices typically consist of lots of summer tanks, shorts and dresses. Let’s dive into today’s look to see one of my all time favorite summer slip dress!
Okay, but is there anything better than this beautiful blush color? I am a sucker for anything blush, I think it may just be my favorite color of all time. The light blush color just melts in with the tones of the florals on this piece. This dress just screams, summer and elegance. Occasions thatĀ would make this dress extremely suitable would be a wedding guest, date night, baby shower and so many more! I cannot get over the beauty, simplicity and comfort of this piece.
I paired this stunner with one of my favorite summer handbags, which in my opinion accented this dress flawlessly. While staying in the “blush” family this guess clutch to handbag accessory tied this look together. While adding the clutch my goal was to demonstrate how this look could be perfect for any on the go occasion such as date night, girls night, wedding party or work! Adding small accessories, makes the world of difference!
Let’s talk about the fit and comfortability of this piece. If you have ever owned, or worn a slip dress you know what I am talking about when I say comfort. I ask myself everyday, why I don’t own 100 of these dresses and wear them day in and day out. This dress in particular makes for a graceful look of both comfort and style. The straps are adjustable and the length hits mid or lower knew depending on your height obviously. I cannot brag about this piece enough!
I finished of this look with, of course my nude heels and some gold pearl hoops. The other fun aspect of this dress is it would be easy to play both a casual role, and a fancy night out role. I aim to show off pieces like that here on the blog because it makes these types of purchases worth it!
I hope today’s look inspired you all in some way! If you haven’t noticed I am having way too much fun playing with colors, prints and pieces on the blog this spring/summer. Join me!
Have an amazing weekend and stay safe everyone. Until next time loves, MAUH.
