I am so thrilled to have you all here with me, again for today’s look! For the June and July round of blog post, I think today’s look might take the cake! I am so excited for you all to see, and hopefully be inspired in someway to create your own version. I don’t think I can wait any longer, let’s dive in!
First off, how fun are these colors? Second, can you see why I titled this peaches & cream? Is this not the most perfect summer maxi you have ever seen? From head to toe, everything about this dress just makes sense. I love the detailing in the top portion with the elastic bust. Not only does it provide a more comfortable feel but, it suits all body types. The number one selling point of this dress is by far, the comfort and color! I have worn this dress over, and over again! It’s an (affordable) summer staple!
I am all about a ruffle detailing when it comes to more basic styles such as this one. The ruffle on the top of the dress, makes for such a girly summer look! Like many of my looks, this dress is very versatile. I paired with a nude heel and a summer friendly wicker basket, bag. But, I have also paired with with sneakers and a jean jacket. This dress is made for comfort and versatile styling! I also love how the fit is still form fitting, but flowy. It allows for ultimate comfort for any summer activity.
Let’s talk details. I know last year, I showed off two of my favorite wicker accessories. But, I had to incorporate my favorite, from Target. Not only are these actual basket bags super fashionable, but they are roomy and reasonable. The reason why this one is my go to, is not because it’s so darn cute, but because of the cross body strap and and secure button. I also love the “beachy” touch it adds to any summer look. Not to mention, this bag would be amazing on any tropical trip!
New favorite nude heels alert! If you know me, or have been apart of the blog for some time now, you know how much I adore my nude heels. When I saw this pair at H&M I knew I had to style and start playing around with some new nude heels. Adventurous right? But, these slip on, heeled sandals are so fun! They are so easy to pair with any look, for any season. Plus, this criss cross detailing is HOT right now! Linked down below.
