Happy late fall everyone! I am so glad (as always) to have all of you here with me today. As fall is coming to a close, sadly I will be sharing my favorite late fall staples with you all for the final weeks of November. Plus, its Thanksgiving week! How are we all feeling about that? Because I am sooo excited. This year we will be heading up to Grand Lake CO to my cabin and having a family feast! It is absolutely one of my favorite times of the year! Anyway, let’s move away from me rambling on because trust me, we could be here all day! Let’s dive into today’s look. Late fall sweater dress with one of my favorite fall coats. You all are not ready for these pictures either! Let’s go!
First thing is first. Yes, we are at Ya Ya Farms again! If you are local you can probably tell from this iconic old fall truck! Such a dreamy place and I would recommend visiting to anyone! Lets talk about this DRESS y’all. If you have been following along for a while, you may have noticed that I am obsessed with sweater dresses! during the fall and winter seasons, I cannot stay away from a sweater dress! This one in particular has been one of my favorites, because it is so comfortable, warm and stylish. The light tone of gray is a perfect transition piece from fall to winter, because the color works so well for both seasons. I love to thick, knitted texture! It is such a cozy piece, for an affordable price! Because it is so thick, I added a belt to synch the middle waist to give this look so depth and even more texture! I love the combination of a small, colored belt with a dress like this! I think it just makes for the perfect look! Even better, the combination of the belt with the dress is flattering on any body type!
Okay, these were the pictures I was dying for you all to see! Look at this tree, I mean come on! The combination with the old truck and this tree, is just screaming fall! I will forever be drooling over these shots! Let’s talk about the BB Dakota cover up! I have fallen in love with this light, but cozy cover up jacket. From the light off white color to the length, fit and feel this jacket is a 10/10 for me! I think again, this jacket is another prefect for a transition piece from fall to winter. I know I will be enjoying both of these pieces for both seasons, which ultimately makes both of these pieces more worth you mile! I highly recommended checking out this jacket you guys! I wanted to also showcase this dress without the jacket because honestly the puffed out sleeves are what make this dress memorable! I am always drawn to a “puff” detailing. I think they add a playful touch to this look in the best way possible. I want to go dig this dress out of my wardrobe right now and hangout in it, that’s how comfortable it is! Now that I am thinking of it, this outfit would be perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering or any early winter activity! So many options!
