Happy July everyone! As stated countless times here on the blog, I am loving summer fashion this year. Therefore, I am so excited to show off today’s look which is perfect for any day to day summer activity no matter where you live! Incorporating more causal, realistic looks onto the blog was my goal for this year. I think you all are going to like this one! Let’s dive in!
How fun is this top! Of course, I am going to brag about one of my favorite places to shop, Dottie Couture Boutique. I have been raving about their selections for years now and they still remain one of my favorite places to shop! One, because they carry the most unique pieces such as this puff sleeve top! I am obsessing over this summer friendly top, easily one of my favorites! I paired this fun top with a simple denim short and some of my favorite summer sandals (which we will dive into). I am loving the causal feel of this look, and I have been wearing all these pieces non stop! Let’s get a closer look!
As shown, and mentioned on the blog countless of times, I am the biggest fan of puffy sleeves and elastic waists! So this top just gravitated towards me! I think, no matter what body type you are, these tops highlight in the right spots. Let me explain, the sleeves brings a sense of dimension to the top meaning that if you’re like me and your shoulders are not your favorite part of your body, the puffy sleeve detail takes away from broad shoulders. Also, in the stomach area having that elastic waist allows for more comfort both in the bust and belly! This top could not get any better! Also, I am a huge fan of the orange floral! Anyone else?
I am also loving how these light denim shorts, only bring out the amazing qualities in this top! I love pairing almost any summer top with these denim shorts, they are my go-to! I will link my favorites down below for you all! The fit, feel and look is top notch!
These sandals, are easily one of my favorite pairs this summer, and they are beyond affordable! From Target, these sandals easily elevate any look and are extremely comfortable! You need these babes, they are the best! Linked down below!
