Hello babes and welcome back to MorganneRach,
I apologize that this weeks post is late, I was a little bit busy getting ENGAGED yesterday! What!? I am still in such shock, I can’t even believe it. I will be blogging about the entire experience, so please stay tuned for that. It was such a magical day, I am still in such disbelief! I can’t wait to share with you all, but until that post comes around I have such a unique look to share for this weeks post. Yes, it is fall themed! Duh! Although, this look may not be for everyone, I decided again to branch out of my comfort zone, and try pieces that I am a tad bit hesitant towards, I think that is a part of what makes fashion fun! Especially during this time of year, when fall fashion is so easy, and versatile I thought why not? Let’s dive into today’s fall fashion look! I bet you can guess what’s to come by the blog title!
Boom! How fun are these overalls? This is something completely new for me, as I don’t typically tend to reach for overalls but I thought how fun they would be to bring onto the blog and to style for fall! I love this pair specifically because of the fit and wide bootcut bottoms. I think for women’s jeans, the flare bootcut style is so trendy and flattering right now. I think that is what made me gravitate towards this pair. They are so comfortable! The top is another reason why I love this pair of overalls. Although, they may look ordinary the zipper and adjustable straps make this look easy, comfortable and flattering for all! I think these overalls would even look adorable with a fall knit sweater under, any long sleeve or a cardigan pulled over. So, many options!
Let’s talk about this adorable puff sleeve top underneath. I saw this light beige top with the dark brown trim, and I knew it had to be mine. One, because the puff sleeves, you all know how much I love a puff sleeve! And two, because I thought it just screamed fall! Yes, of course this top looks amazing with these overalls, but I also think for a causal or fancy day to day this season, this top would be perfect. It is so lightweight, but quality. Not see through either which is such a plus with this kind of material! I also think this long-sleeved, would be a perfect layering piece! So many options. I promise you this piece will be such a staple for you this fall. Plus who doesn’t love a creamy oatmeal color for the fall? So easy to play around with and style!
I just love the 80’s feel that this outfit gives off! I think this look would be so perfect for any fall activity such as pumpkin patching, apple picking or any fall festival. It is comfortable enough to either layer up or layer down, and I think that is so important to think about when dressing for fall. Here in Colorado, the weather can be so indecisive. So having a piece that allows for you to control the temperature, is such a smart move! I am someone who loves one piece outfits as well. Let me explain, pieces such a thins, jumpsuits, rompers or dresses make my life so easy because it’s a one stop shop. In this case, its a little different considering choosing what to layer under, but having an all denim look life this one creates so many opportunities to be creative!
Here is a better look at the back also. I love the crisscross detailing of the back straps. I think they are so fun, and add to these overalls. I had to show them off! I then decided (in true Morganne fashion) to top this look off with a white brim hat and some of my favorite fall booties. But, like I have said throughout the whole post, this look is totally up for grabs in terms of layers, accessories and shoes! Make it yours, fall fashion is so fun! I hope you all enjoyed today’s post and gathered some sort of inspiration from it! I of course will leave all the links down below for you all to look at and shop around!
That’s all for today loves, thanks for stopping by! Please stay tuned for lots of exciting looks to hit the blog! Until next time loves, MUAH.
