I’m always so happy you are here! Summer is flying by so quick this year. Then again, I feel like I say that every season. But I am having so much fun soaking in the warm weather, summer festivities and the sun setting at 8:00pm (so nice). I can’t wait to show you the look I have prepared for you all today. It’s very summer forward and super flirty. Let’s dive in!
Okay first of all, the Free People dress is to die for! I have been living in it all summer long. It is super lightweight and perfect for any summer occasion. As a mom, I am truly prioritizing versatility when I pick out items in my wardrobe. I am also such a sucker for ruffles!
I decided to layer this white dress with a super fun better yellow blazer. As soon as I saw this masterpiece I thought about layering them together and this whole vison just came to life. I love a good layer, also layering fun items like these two that your normally wouldn’t think about pairing together on a day to day basis.
I also love showing off these items because they can truly be played up or down with so many different looks. Date nights, baby showers, walk in the park! Anything! Truly one of the main things I love about styling for you all is investing in pieces that you can have fun with. Also is butter yellow not THE color this summer? I’m obsessed with it!
I added a fun summer sandal but you can also add a white sneaker, a fun flip flop or a heel. Even a baseball cap, I think that would look so so cute. So many options with both of these looks and or combination of all.
